Head of Manufacturing and Construction Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing and Construction to oversee and manage one of our key industry verticals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, team, strategy, and profitability of the vertical, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives .

You will be one of the makers of digital solutions we offer to our clients, and a key role in our multifunctional teams of product managers, business analysts, technical consultants, and developers.

Job Responsibilities P&L Management :  As a Head of Manufacturing Industry Leader, you will have the responsibility for the profit and loss of the assigned industry vertical, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

Strategic Planning :  Your main objective will be to grow the business financially and geographically, working closely with the commercial team.

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the vertical.

Market Analysis :  Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Product Development :  Collaborate with product development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet industry-specific needs.

You will work closely with the development team to ensure the product strategy and meet market needs.

Client Relationship Management :  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership :  Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

You will be responsible for motivating and enhancing the skills and professional performance of the team, working closely with the HR department.

Sales and Marketing : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns.

Performance Monitoring :  Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

You will be directly responsible for implementation and post-implementation activities, as well as administration (billing, collection, account management).

Compliance :  Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience in managing an industry vertical or similar role within a software development company.

Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.

Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
