About this Position
The HR Intern position
offers you the opportunity to work closely with an experienced HR team and gain
exposure to both recruitment and HR administration. It is a great chance to
build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a dynamic, international
company.
What you´ll do
Support the end-to-end recruitment process in
the ATS : intake calls with managers, job postings, pre-screening, and
scheduling interviews
Conduct phone interviews and prepare short
assessments and feedback for managers and candidates
Prepare employment-related documents (offers,
contracts, job descriptions) and assist new hires during induction and
onboarding
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports,
vacancy updates, and legal reporting to state institutions
Provide support in HR administration :
organizing personnel files, managing sick leave documentation, and
maintaining HR databases
Contribute to employer branding initiatives
such as job fairs, workshops, and recruitment campaigns
What makes you a good fit
Ongoing or completed university studies,
preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
Very good English skills (written &
spoken)
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR practices and Romanian
labor legislation is an advantage
Strong organizational and planning skills,
with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
