We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative mathematician to join our dynamic team as a Mathematician for Slot Games.

As a key member of our game development department, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing the mathematical models that drive the gameplay mechanics, payout structures, and overall player experience in our slot games.

If you are passionate about combining mathematics with creativity to create exciting and rewarding gaming experiences, we invite you to join our team and be a key player in shaping the future of our slot games.

Requirements

Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
Proven experience in mathematical modeling for slot games is a must., Plinko and Crush games like Aviator are desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with the gaming industry, regulations, and market trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

MATHEMATICAL MODELING

Develop and implement complex mathematical models for slot game mechanics, including reel layouts, symbol combinations, and payline structures

Analyze and optimize game parameters such as volatility, return to player (RTP), and hit frequency to ensure an engaging and balanced player experience

ALGORITHM DESIGN

Design algorithms to govern random number generation, ensuring fairness and unpredictability of in-game outcomes

Collaborate with software developers to integrate mathematical models into the game engine, ensuring seamless functionality

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

Conduct thorough statistical analysis of game data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement

Use statistical techniques to evaluate and enhance the performance of existing game models

GAMEPLAY ENHANCEMENT

Collaborate with tech lead and game designers to enhance gameplay features, bonus rounds, and special events while maintaining mathematical integrity

Propose and implement innovative mathematical concepts to differentiate our slot games in the market

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to gaming mathematics

Ensure that all mathematical models comply with regulatory requirements and contribute to the certification process

DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION

Prepare detailed documentation for mathematical models, algorithms, and other relevant processes

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing insights and recommendations based on mathematical analysis
