• Management and further development of our technical team at several locations
• Responsibility for planning, management and controlling within the team
• Ensuring quality standards for managed services
• Know-how transfer and close coordination with the service desk (1st level support)
• Organization of 2nd level support and management of external 3rd level service providers

• Customer visits together with the sales department
