What this role is about?

Process Expert Manager acts as a service provider working under Team lead to implement approved application changes or support delivery of assigned project activities.

In this role you’ll be a point of contact with Power users of assigned specific project areas or changes, and coordinate with other IT teams required activities to secure achieving needs.

You will also provide expertise in application / process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution (application / support maintenance).

What will you do?

• Drive the implementation of approved functional Change Requests / initiatives : new system functionality implementation or business process redesign
• Provide estimation on costs, project resources planning and timelines
• Manage the functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit / gap, unit and integration testing, monitor progress of implementation
• Act as a business consultant to provide expertise both on a business process side and system functionality
• Work proactively with the business to enhance / optimize existing business practices and to bring market best practices in designated area. Strive to investigate and bring forward new functionality to the business that delivers added value and better meets the business requirements
• Provide knowledge transfer and best practices to power users through training in coordination with the training team
• Being the expert on the assigned areas, coaching and providing help to the process / application analysts in the customization of the associated application modules
• Working together with both power user / business process owner on documenting the processes from a business perspective
• Actively collaborate with the project team and the process analyst on documenting the processes from a technical perspective
