Wer ist wirkaufendeinauto?

Wirkaufendeinauto ist die schnellste, vertrauenswürdigste und einfachste Lösung, ein Auto zu verkaufen. Durch unsere optimierten Prozesse benötigen unsere Kunden nicht mehr als 10 Minuten Zeit, um ein Angebot zu erhalten und nur eine Stunde, um ihr Fahrzeug vor Ort zu verkaufen. Wirkaufendeinauto übernimmt im Anschluss an den Verkauf alle weiteren notwendigen Schritte. Unsere Kunden brauchen sich um nichts zu kümmern. Kurzum : Service wird bei uns großgeschrieben!

Sei die Stimme von wirkaufendeinauto!

Werde Teil unseres bunten Teams und unterstütze unsere Kunden am Telefon und per E-Mail mit deinem Fachwissen über unsere Prozesse.

Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Du hilfst bei offenen Fragen, bei der Buchung von Terminen, findest Lösungen für Probleme und bereitest unsere Kunden auf den Termin in unserer Filiale vor.

Mit deiner Hilfe können wir unseren Kundenservice weiter verbessern!

Was dich erwartet

Ein Kundenservice-Team, bei dem Kundenzufriedenheit an erster Stelle steht

Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail

Eine attraktive Mischung von Inbound- und Outbound-Aufgaben am Telefon - kein Verkauf, keine Akquise

Koordination und Planung von Terminen in unseren etwa 130 Filialen in Deutschland und Österreich

Freundliche Kunden mit unterschiedlichsten Fragen

Qualifications

Was du mitbringst

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (muttersprachlich oder mindestens verhandlungssicher, mindestens B2)

Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Google Apps ist ein Plus

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, aktiv zuzuhören

Motivation, im Kundenservice zu arbeiten

Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einem Callcenter oder Kundenservice allgemein

Interesse am Automobilsektor ist ein Plus
