Position : Customer Support Representative (Croatian)
Location : Cluj-Napoca, Romania

Remuneration : Base salary + performance bonuses
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and inform them about product features.
- Manage customer orders and ensure client retention.
- Recognize, record, and solve complaints effectively.
- Proactively suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to processes and procedures.
- Update customer database and document activities.
- Report common issues to the support team for escalation.
Requirements :
C1 level written and verbal communication skills in Croatian.B2 level English proficiency.High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.High motivation and enthusiastic approach.Self-organized and able to work in a fast-paced organization.Good numerical and reasoning skills.What We Offer :
