- You will work closely with MHP Germany for Grow and Professional recruiting and determine recruitment priorities and needs
- You will be responsible for a unique candidate journey, from requirements planning to the creation of job advertisements, the selection process, and the hiring of new talent
- You will act as the single point of contact for our candidates, conduct interviews, and make the hiring decision in consensus with your department colleagues
- You will take on your own projects in the recruiting environment and drive them forward
- You will support our university marketing activities and take part in trade fairs and events
- You will support our employer branding team in the design and implementation of target group-oriented recruiting strategies
- You will prepare and drive discussions with candidates and recruiting units by having a professional attitude and bringing the right expertise
- You will identify and attract potential candidates by using different channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
QualificationsQualifications
Completed studies and between 1-4 years of professional experience in recruiting-ideally in a consulting environmentPassion for inspiring people, taking them on board and building lasting relationshipsExpertise in recruiting target groups ranging from professionals to senior hires and active sourcingYour way of working is characterized by empathy, independence and strong team and communication skills. You also constantly expand your knowledge of your target group and follow current trendsMust haves : ability to work organized and according to proceduresFocus on business needs and work by prioritiesVery good communication skillsThings to know before departure :
