Role Purpose
The IQM Application Specialist will provide functional administration, configuration, maintenance, and support for the IQM - Digital Quality Management System, ensuring its effective operation across 15 countries & HQ. The role focuses on supporting the Quality Teams by providing functional expertise, training, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Daily functional support for IQM users within the Quality Teams.
Organize and deliver training sessions for Quality Managers and local Quality Teams (not for all end-users).
Configure and maintain system workflows, dropdown lists, templates, and user permissions.
Collaborate with IT, software vendor, and internal stakeholders to resolve functional issues.
Conduct system testing for new features, updates, and releases.
Develop and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials.
Support onboarding and implementation processes in new countries or business units.
Monitor system usage, ensuring standardization across countries, and propose optimizations.
Assist in data extraction and Quality KPI reporting, collaborating with reporting teams.
Requirements
University degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field.
4- 5 years of experience with Quality Management Systems or enterprise software applications.
Knowledge of quality processes (audits, non-conformities, CAPA, document control) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work internationally across different cultures and countries.
Experience with IQM or other QMS platforms (Q-Pulse, MasterControl, ISOtrain) is a plus.
Experience with Power BI or advanced Excel is an advantage.
