Responsibilities :
- Provide technical consultancy to clients interested in the company’s solutions
- Analyze and understand client requirements in detail, identifying relevant business opportunities
- Prepare technical presentations and budget proposals , including responses to RFPs and tenders
- Review procurement documentation and communicate client needs to the technical solutions department
- Coordinate the creation of technical offers and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Organize project meetings throughout the bidding and contracting process
- Monitor project implementation to ensure objectives are met
- Contribute to the development of the product and solution portfolio
- Maintain high-quality client relationships and deliver professional documentation
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements
Requirements :
University degree in a technical fieldMinimum 3 years in technical support , bidding , or salesMinimum 2 years in customer-facing rolesStrong knowledge of software and hardwareFamiliarity with sectors such as critical infrastructure , airports , public safety , utilities , telecommunications , cybersecurity , and digitalizationExperience in consultative selling , negotiation , cost evaluation , and profitability analysisUnderstanding of the IT&C market , competitors , and service / project typesEnglish proficiency – minimum B2 levelProficiency in MS Office , CRM systems , and reporting toolsExcellent communication , relationship-building , and influencing skillsStrong client orientation and solution-focused mindsetBusiness thinking , initiative , and decision-making abilityHigh level of adaptability , flexibility , and professional integrityPositive, authentic attitude and the courage to take a stand when needed
