What You'll Be Doing

As an HR Operations Specialist, you’ll be the vital link between our regional HR teams, global stakeholders, and leased workforce operations.

Your mission? To ensure seamless execution, strengthen relationships, and drive HR excellence across EMEA.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end leased workforce processes
• Support recruitment control tasks and prepare reports for regional and HQ teams
• Take charge of escalations and ensure they’re resolved within SLA
• Work closely on processes like talent selection, contract extensions, evaluations, and fee adjustments
• Build strong partnerships with HR reps, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• Proactively detect risks and propose process improvements
• Collaborate with our China HQ & regional centers of excellence
• Drive digital HR transformation through automation and continuous service enhancement
• Analyze data to boost employee experience and operational quality
