Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s technology vision aligned with business objectives.Lead and expand the engineering function : recruitment, mentoring, and process building.Guarantee platform scalability, resilience, and security.Introduce architectural improvements and drive technical innovation.Partner with product and commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.Mitigate risks associated with high-load systems and high-risk fintech environments.Supervise software quality, CI / CD flows, monitoring systems, and incident response.Requirements :
7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Director).Background in fintech or high-risk verticals.Strong track record in designing and scaling high-load platforms.Hands-on experience with PHP, Docker / Kubernetes, and AWS.Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, caching, and messaging systems (MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ).Experience managing CI / CD pipelines.Strategic decision-making skills balancing technical and business needs.Excellent leadership and people management abilities with a focus on culture.English : Upper-Intermediate or above.What We Offer
