Our multidisciplinary teams spearhead critical engineering initiatives, ranging from essential infrastructure development like water supply, waste management, roads, to modernizing railways. YOUR MISSION

To manage our ongoing projects is Romania, we are currently looking for a dynamic : Bid Manager – Romania (M / F)

Based in Bucarest, under the responsibility of our branch Manager, you will ensure the proper execution of the projects entrusted to you.

Bid management (80%)

• Lead and coordinate bid management activities, including responses to calls for tenders
• Analyze tender requirements, structure proposals, and ensure compliance with client expectations and internal guidelines
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather technical and financial inputs for bids
• Draft and review technical and financial proposals, ensuring a competitive and high-quality submission

Project Management (20%)

You'll have the opportunity to implement the projects you win.

Carry out internal project launch formalities

You have a  technical higher education  (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).

You have  minimum one experience  on bidding for a public client. You also have at least one international experience.

You are known for your  excellent communication skills.

You are rigorous and well organised.  You are able to meet the deadlines for reports.

You are a great  team player.

You speak Romanian and have professional capabilities in English.
