Activitățile în care te vei implica :

Dezvoltarea clientilor :

  • Dezvoltarea si administrarea relațiilor de tip win-win cu clientii Public alocați in vederea creșterii valorii portofoliului;
  • Monitorizarea activitatii competiției si a tendințelor pieței in vederea susținerii creșterii continue a poziției Vodafone ca Total Communication Provider;
  • Identificarea de soluții de IT&C astfel incat gama de produse si servicii implementate la clienti sa creasca;
  • Insusirea targeturilor individuale de vanzari, utilizând întreaga gama de produse / servicii;

Retentia clientilor :

  • Analizarea atenta a nevoilor clientilor in vederea furnizării de suport adecvat in alegerea celor mai adaptate soluții;
  • Coordonarea utilizarii altor resurse ale companiei Vodafone (ex : resurse tehnice, publicitare) pentru a adauga valoare suplimentara serviciilor către clientilor;
  • Completarea rapoartelor de vizite, precum si a tuturor rapoartelor necesare activitatii de vanzare.
  • Raportare / planificare :

  • Dezvoltarea unor planuri de business pentru fiecare client Public;
  • Actualizarea permanenta, respectând standardele de calitate, a informațiilor din Sales Force Automation.
  • Implementarea strategiei de vanzari :

  • Dezvoltarea unui pipeline de lead-uri Public in cadrul echipelor de vanzari din regiunea / zona alocata;
  • Generarea oportunitatilor de vanzare in Public pentru celalte canale de vanzare din regiunea / zona alocata;
  • Identificarea, dezvoltarea si coordonarea relatiilor cu partenerii locali / regionali din sectorul Public
  • Promovarea solutiilor Vodafone in cadrul sectorului Public din regiunea / zona alocata, participarea la evenimente dedicate.
  • E job-ul potrivit pentru tine daca ai :

  • Diploma universitara;
  • Altele : cursuri de vanzari absolvite;
  • Abilitati de sustinere prezentari;
  • Alte cursuri de pregatire si atestate : permis de conducere auto, categoria B;
  • Fluenta in limba engleza.
  • Min. 4 ani experiența in vanzari directe alaturi de clienti business - in Key Accounts (FMCG, servicii), preferabil in IT&C;
