In this hybrid role, youll enjoy the flexibility to work where you perform best while making a real impact across our European operations.

As Payroll Team Lead, youll oversee payroll processes for France, Italy, Spain, and the DACH region. Youll ensure accuracy and compliance, support audits, lead and mentor a team of Payroll Advisors, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline and enhance payroll operations.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

• Payroll Oversight & Compliance : Lead payroll processing activities, including data validation, statutory payments, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Team Leadership : Coach and support Payroll Advisors, manage escalations, and foster a high-performance culture through regular feedback and development planning.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process enhancements, support policy alignment across countries, and ensure documentation (SOPs) is accurate and up to date.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with HR, Finance, Audit, and external providers to ensure seamless payroll operations and support business needs.
• Audit & Reporting : Support internal and external audits, manage payroll reconciliations, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
