Position : Operations Insurance Specialist

We will count on you to :

As an Operations Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and partners by :

Portfolio Management :  Oversee the administration of client portfolios, ensuring smooth processes related to employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Quality Assurance :  Verify the accuracy of issued policies and keep our management systems updated.

Client Interaction :  Handle incoming calls and requests from clients and partners with professionalism and efficiency.

Documentation :  Draft, issue, and send essential documents such as offers, policies, statements, and contracts to clients and insurers.

Reporting :  Create specific reports (sales, expiry, etc.) for your portfolio clients to keep them informed and engaged.

Project Development :  Contribute to the growth of existing projects and the integration of new initiatives.

IT Application Management :  Assist in the implementation and testing of IT applications used for client portfolio management.

Financial Tracking :  Monitor installment payments, transfer premiums to carriers, and reconcile commissions.

What You need to have :

Experience :  1-2 years in the insurance sector

Communication Skills :  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (intermediate level required).

Analytical Mindset :  Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency :  Proficiency in Outlook, MS Excel, and Word.

Educational Background :  A graduate of an IMA insurance qualification / training course is a plus.

Problem-Solving Skills :  Detail-oriented with a knack for creative problem-solving.

Adaptability :  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
