Join Our Team as an Infrastructure Customer Demand Specialist for UK & Ireland!

What You’ll Do :
- Engage and Qualify Leads : Identify and connect with potential customers from our demand generation activities, turning them into Marketing Qualified Leads.
- High-Volume Outreach : Perform customer calls and emails to build relationships and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing : Work closely with our EMEA marketing teams to identify target accounts and create prospecting lists.
- Build Strong Relationships : Partner with the Territory Marketing Leader and Sales teams to optimize processes and generate demand.
- Data-Driven Communication : Work with the Marketing team to identify trending verticals and communicate effectively with prospects.
- Customer-Centric Support : Handle inbound chats and calls professionally, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Team Projects : Participate in various team initiatives and contribute to our overall success.
- Proactive Work Model : Design a work approach that aligns with your style, focusing on lead generation and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Education : Bachelor’s degree (preferred).Experience : 1-2 years in a customer calling / engagement role (support, business development, customer project management, or pre-sales).Comfortable with Calls : Enjoy making customer calls and engaging in multiple interactions.Tech Knowledge : Basic understanding of datacenter technologies (virtualization, storage, servers, cloud, networking) is a plus. We provide product training.CRM Experience : Familiarity with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Powerfront, Genesys) is preferred.Skills : Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.Attitude : Positive, creative, resilient, and driven to provide high-quality customer service.Language : Proficiency in English; French is good to have
