Requirements :

• Advanced proficiency in English  written and spoken;
• German language is not mandatory, but it's nice to have it;
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills;
• Advanced knowledge in freight forwarding, ideally in the Air & Sea sector;
• Technical proficiency of PC platforms (Windows 7,10 or newer, Microsoft Office Suite);
• Several years of experience in technical support, ideally within logistics, transportation, or freight departments.

Responsibilities :
