We’re looking for a Selller Support  Specialist with English – Remote to help new sellers get started on our e-commerce platform. You’ll play a key role in making their onboarding experience smooth and hassle-free by guiding them through setup, answering their questions, and ensuring they understand how to use our tools effectively.

What You’ll Need :

Romanian native language level & English medium level

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.

What You’ll Get :

On-site paid training to set you up for success

Full time role, undetermined contract

Monday – Sunday schedule, shifts between 9 AM – 7 PM

Monthly bonus based on performance

Flexible working model after probation period, depending on performance (work from home)

Your Responsibilities :

Assist new sellers in setting up their accounts and listing products.

Provide step-by-step guidance on using platform tools.

Answer seller inquiries and troubleshoot any technical or operational issues.

Ensure sellers have a positive experience and feel supported throughout onboarding.

Collect feedback to improve the onboarding process.

Educate sellers on best practices to grow their business.

Identify and report recurring issues to improve the overall seller experience.
